Return & Refund Policy
1. General Provisions
1.1 This policy governs the terms under which products purchased from Marwats Limited may be returned or refunded.
1.2 This policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Unless otherwise specified, terms used in this policy have the same meanings as assigned in the Terms and Conditions.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Customers may return unused products within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging.
- Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Software items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly described, and the copyright seal remains intact.

2.2 Return Process
- Customers must request a Returns Number via email before returning any items.

Subject line requirement: The email's subject must include "Return" or "Refund" to ensure proper processing.
- The Returns number must be displayed on the returned product packaging.
Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and non-refundable shipping fees.
2.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If all return requirements are met, customers will only receive a refund for the product cost; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items returned as faulty but found to have no defect may incur a testing charge.
3. Warranty and Faulty Goods
3.1 Manufacturer Warranty
- The Manufacturer Warranty is provided directly by the vendor. Customers must email the manufacturer or vendor for warranty service, including repairs or warranty purchases.
- Marwats Limited does not facilitate warranty claims.

3.2 Faulty Goods Returns
- If a product develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, customers must notify Marwats Limited via email (info@marwats.co.uk) to arrange a return process.
- Faulty items must be returned with a valid Returns number and proof of purchase.
- A replacement or refund may be issued based on vendor policies if the manufacturer confirms the fault.

4. Packaging and Condition
4.1 Customers must retain all packaging materials until the goods are thoroughly tested and functional.
4.2 Items must be returned in new condition, including all original media, memory cards, and accessories.
4.3 Returns damaged due to poor packaging may be rejected.

5. Consequential Loss
5.1 Marwats Limited liability is limited to the value of the goods only and does not cover consequential damages or losses.
